This privacy policy applies to the Hear the Time Wear OS app (the "Application"), developed by Intake.now (the "Developer").
The Application does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. It has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs.
Hear the Time is a Wear OS tile app. When you tap the tile, it reads the current time aloud using your watch's built-in text-to-speech engine. All processing happens entirely on your device. No data leaves your watch.
The Application itself does not actively collect, store, or transmit personal data. There are no user accounts, no in-app analytics, and no advertising.
However, the Application is built on standard Android and Wear OS libraries (including Google Play Services) which may automatically collect certain device and usage information - such as your device model, operating system version, app version, and stability data (crashes and errors). This collection is handled by Google's underlying platform, not by the Developer directly.
As part of distributing and running the Application, Google may collect information including your device type, country, install and uninstall events, app stability data (Android Vitals), and aggregated usage patterns. This is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. The Developer has access only to aggregated, anonymised summaries in Play Console and cannot identify individual users from this data.
The Application does not integrate any additional third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or crash reporting services beyond the standard Google Play Services libraries required by the Wear OS platform.
If the Application is updated in a way that affects data handling, this policy will be updated and the effective date revised. Continued use of the Application following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
